Business Office Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced office manager to oversee and manage all business office operations.

Requirements:
- Two years of bookkeeping experience, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions
- Comfortable using technology, including the MS Office suite and payroll software.
- Associate’s degree in business or accounting, or relevant experience
- Must possess compassion for and a desire to work with elders
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Ability to relate compassionately to customers, employees, and vendors while providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated math skills relevant to accounting and payroll functions
- Meet all health requirements mandated by federal and state regulations
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Business Office operations, including payroll, A/R, A/P, human resources, safety, workers’ compensation, and customer service
- Assist and support management as needed
- Process payroll bi-monthly
- Collaborate with corporate accounting, HR, and the payroll team.
- Prepare invoices for payment, and receive and code invoices.
- Check the roster for accuracy
- Collect and deposit payments
- Process new hire paperwork, including background checks, pay adjustments, and performance evaluations
- Manage employee training to ensure completion with the required documentation
- Demonstrate and reinforce creating the highest quality experience for customers, vendors, and employees
