We are looking for an experienced General Manager who is passionate about growing a business and leading a dynamic team. This hands-on role will oversee all operations at our Bend location. In this role, you’ll be the hands-on leader, responsible for managing daily tasks while nurturing a dedicated and hardworking team. You lead by example and have a passion for people. You’ll build strong relationships with both our staff and customers, and you’ll focus on coaching and developing each team member to perform at their best.

You’ll take ownership of ensuring that the business consistently delivers excellent results, whether that means managing our unlimited membership program, tracking key metrics, or finding ways to optimize the customer experience. You are mechanically-inclined, ready to handle the maintenance and upkeep of our site. From ensuring all equipment is running smoothly to maintaining a spotless environment, your attention to detail will help drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow an effective team - You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the team, including recruiting and hiring. You will train new hires and constantly identify ways to “level up” each team member by providing additional training and tools to help them perform at their best.
- Drive growth in unlimited memberships - You will drive the growth and retention of our unlimited membership program, developing strategies to motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Own performance metrics - You will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics via dashboards and charts. You’ll prepare updates to review with ownership.
- Partner with ownership - You will work alongside the owner in executing various ideas and projects that are aimed at improving our services and the customer experience.
- Manage administrative work - You will complete all scheduling, company reports, deposits, etc..
- Keep a spotless facility - You will obsess over keeping all aspects of our site clean - from the tunnel to the vacuum areas. Our site is a reflection of the quality of service that we provide and you take pride in keeping it well maintained.
- Maintain site equipment - You will complete all preventative maintenance checks and upkeep on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Equipment can make or break the business and you take extreme ownership of ensuring everything is kept up to our standards.
- Be a steward of safety - You have zero tolerance for an unsafe work environment. You prioritize the safety of our team and customers above all else.
- Engage the community - You’ll actively engage with the community, identifying opportunities for partnerships and local fundraising initiatives that align with our brand values.

Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing a team.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with mechanical equipment of some kind, ideally car wash equipment.
- Technical or college degree preferred but not required.
