About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Engineer to become a key member of our founding team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating a successful history of leading and scaling engineering teams. A solid background in blockchain technology, especially Layer 1 or Layer 2 protocols, is essential, along with advanced proficiency in Rust. This role also requires a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with programming languages such as Go or Solidity, experience with scaling solutions, and a record of contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
