Qualified applicants should have at least 5 years of credit union operational experience and a proven record of collaborative leadership. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with extensive knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services that enrich our members' lives. Experience in strategic planning is highly desirable.
This role calls for a leader with a heart for service, a growth mindset, and a dedication to building a positive culture within the organization.
