About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our accounting function for a group of dynamic mechanical contractor companies. In this critical role, you will oversee all accounting activities, manage a team of Controllers, and facilitate the consolidation of company accounts. A significant aspect of your responsibility will be to support the acquisition and integration of new companies while playing a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system across the group.
As the CFO, you will closely collaborate with the CEO and the Executive Team, providing strategic financial guidance to foster growth. Although knowledge of construction and private equity sectors is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We are looking for a CPA with a robust background in accounting leadership within a large, complex, multi-entity environment.
