About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in Global Business Services (GBS) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Procurement. In this critical position, you will lead the charge in enhancing the company's global business initiatives, focusing on financial and procurement excellence. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing a strategic vision and roadmap in line with our company objectives and market trends.
You will spearhead transformation initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery. Managing a global team, you will ensure our financial services adhere to quality, budgetary, and compliance standards while also playing a significant role in talent development and change management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree favored, and a minimum of 10 years' experience leading large-scale global finance teams. A CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred. You should have extensive knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, GBS services, and supply chain finance, along with a proven record of inspiring and guiding teams toward success.
This role requires a global perspective, exceptional leadership, and communication skills, coupled with a knack for driving business results in a dynamic environment. Experience with Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma is also advantageous.
