The COO will be instrumental in the company's growth and strategic initiatives, supporting the integration of newly acquired facilities, and partnering with marketing and admissions to optimize patient flow. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' healthcare operations experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, preferably in a multi-unit healthcare or hospitality setting. A background in private equity-sponsored companies and a proven track record of scaling operations across multiple facilities or states are essential.
