We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chief Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational effectiveness and will partner closely with our Co-Founders to establish strategic initiatives. This position is vital for managing relationships with various service providers, including fund administrators, legal teams, and outsourced providers for accounting, technology, compliance, auditing, and tax services.
In this position, you will engage actively in operational processes such as trade booking, settlement, quarterly NAV reviews, and regulatory filings. You will also be tasked with leading special operational projects, focusing on infrastructure development and future compliance programs. Additionally, you will oversee the tracking of new investment opportunities, ensuring a proactive approach to potential business growth.
We seek candidates with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, particularly those with a background in the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, possessing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You will handle a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment, so adaptability is key.
