Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and enforce comprehensive policies and procedures that comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee critical support functions including compliance, human resources, and financial controls, striving for efficiency at every level.
  • Create scalable operational frameworks designed to facilitate adaptability and long-term growth.
  • Establish and assess performance metrics to guarantee quality and efficiency across all teams.
  • Lead technology initiatives to bolster operational capabilities, solidifying our competitive advantage.
  • Uphold the firm's unwavering commitment to premier client service, ensuring the implementation of systems for exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities, guiding the onboarding of new advisors and clients effectively.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in a COO capacity, Director of Operations, or in a comparable senior leadership role within financial services.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years in the financial services sector, with a preference for experience in wealth advisory or investment management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operational compliance, data analysis, and performance metrics to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with a commitment to fostering client satisfaction and quality.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with an emphasis on team development and operational excellence.
