We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to hire an experienced Creative Director to lead our Creative team. Our ideal candidate will have 10 years of advertising agency experience with at least six years in a leadership role.
You are aggressive with your work, not afraid to push boundaries and require the client to reel you back in. You are at home creating in a digital environment, understanding both the tools of the trade and the technical environment in which you have to work. We prefer candidates with strong digital experience but with full-service marketing and advertising production in your background along with an understanding of cross-cultural / multicultural marketing.
Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for the overall creative direction and execution of client marketing campaigns, the creative quality of client projects, and the operational readiness of the creative team, all in fulfillment of our brand promise to our clients.

- Guide the professional development of each member of the creative team
- Deliver strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives

- Lead the process of concept / design and post-production execution
