Our company is seeking a Controller to help shape the company's direction and assist with the development of financial strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a proven ability to improve performance through financial management and has deep knowledge and experience in the finance field. Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and invoices
- Manage the budget process and recommend financial performance benchmarks
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
- Developing and monitoring financial performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Prior experience with QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
