General Purpose:
Our client is a fully committed to achieving a higher level of productivity and efficiency to aggressively grow the business, both organically through its Perio Protect brand and M&A acquisitions. As part of this effort, our client is currently working on implementing an ERP. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Integrate the accounting operations of future acquisitions.
- Forecast and monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
- Ensure accuracy of costing system, including labor and overheads.
- Lead and participate in systems implementation per the technology roadmap, including the ERP.
- Develop, maintain, and assess financial controls.
- Continuously improve the quality of the work procedures and systems.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely completion.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. In-depth accounting and finance experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Advanced computer skills: data management and retrieval; word processing; spreadsheets, email and internet
- Written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills.
- Interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to relate to all types of people; demonstrated trust and integrity, including confidential information.
Considered a plus:
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience with cost accounting
- Public accounting background (GAAP)
- Strong knowledge of Excel Power user (PowerQuery/Power Pivot) and PowerBI

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
