Customer Service Representative (Remote) We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in Inland Empire (Riverside, Eastvale, Corona, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Perris, Menifee, Murrietta, Temecula, Redlands, Norco, Loma Linda, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Lake Elsinore, San Bernardino, San Jacinto, Canyon Lake, Winchester) CA.
This position requires multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Must reside in Inland Empire and attend mandatory final interview and training in RiversideMust have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet access and a reliable laptopPrevious experience in order processing or a similar role is requiredProficiency in Gmail and Google Drive / Google DocsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle various personalities with professionalismWillingness to learn proprietary computer software systemsReliable with excellent time management skills Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with company policies on all ordersSchedule and administer all open orders, ensuring appropriate order flowManage communication with all parties involved in the order processRespond to inquiries regarding order statuses in a timely mannerMonitor and evaluate all orders, resolving any discrepanciesPerform troubleshooting and identify solutions for order issues Compensation : Starting at $20 per hour, with voluntary medical benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.
Eligible for 401(k) benefits after one year of employment. Paid time off (PTO) accrues from day one, increasing to 120 hours after two years of employment.
