Responsibilities

- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes using software such as Dentrix and Epic.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the practice, including monitoring expenditures and revenue.
- Provide medical administrative support as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate managed care contracts and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, including budgeting and financial oversight.
