Duties

- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, procedures, and any necessary follow-up care.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to optimize patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification.
- Provide support in the medical or dental office environment by assisting with patient inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the medical administrative support team to enhance overall patient care.
