About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic DevOps Associate Vice President to play a crucial leadership role in our enterprise environment. This position is perfect for a visionary leader who can ensure the effective implementation of DevOps practices, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) systems, and Generative AI platforms. You will not only develop high-level strategies but also engage in hands-on execution, aligning our architecture and frameworks to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential as you will be working with multiple delivery teams and overseeing a large group of developers.
The ideal candidate will provide coaching and mentorship to our team of leaders, cultivating a culture of professionalism and a growth mindset. To qualify for this pivotal role, you should possess significant experience in a Director or VP position within an enterprise setting, as well as extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps and a proven track record with GitHub DevOps and CI / CD pipelines. Experience in development with a focus on Generative AI is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is required. Familiarity with tools such as Octopus Deploy, SonarQube, Veracode, and test automation is advantageous, as is experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
