Salary Range : $165,000- $200,000

- At least 7 years of experience in a director or VP position
- Experience leading a Workflow platform in healthcare of financial firm
- Understanding of Pega architecture

Insight Global is seeking an AVP of Pega Product Engineers to sit in one of their main locations. This leader will be responsible for implementing Pega, Workflow & Automation, and ensuring compliance and governance. He or she will mentor senior employees to enhance their skills and manages architects when needed and collaborate with product owners and strategy consultants to align business and technology strategies. Additional responsibilities will include resolving architectural issues, prioritizing sprints, and updating technology roadmaps. The AVP of Pega Product will oversee the implementation and execution of the most high-visible project in the company. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality, standardized implementations across the enterprise and will evaluate new technologies, conduct prototyping, and engage with vendors. This individual must be a highly technical professional who will work with the highest leadership in the company.
