In this role, you will oversee the development and consistency of the company’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment in messaging. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Additionally, you will create strategies to support sales and business growth. As a leader, you will mentor and guide the Marketing Team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Staying informed on business development, industry trends, and the competitive landscape will allow you to refine messaging and brand positioning. You will also take charge of content generation, overseeing idea creation, writing, and quality control. Creativity will be applied across various communication platforms, such as social media, web, email, press releases, and advertising. Furthermore, you will track and report on campaign performance, manage the marketing activity calendar, and ensure effective management of the marketing budget.
