Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop store leadership teams to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee staffing levels, line bar scheduling, and labor cost management.
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and food cost control to maintain profitability.
- Implement and enforce cash control procedures with regular audits.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and improve financial performance.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
- Monitor and reduce utility costs through efficiency initiatives.
- Dedicate five days per week to store visits, spending at least seven hours per location to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Execute game plans that enhance store performance and drive profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience managing 4 or more quick-service restaurant units with drive-through operations.
- Tenure matters – we seek applicants with a stable work history (1-2 jobs in the past 5 years or a maximum of 3 jobs in 9 years).
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for travel between locations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience in sales, business development, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in project management skills and reviewing data.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for team development and operational efficiency.
