What You’ll Do:
- Run the full sales cycle for roofing projects—from lead to signed contract
- Use tools like Hover, EagleView, and Roofr to deliver precise estimates
- Conduct site visits and provide expert consultation
- Build long-term client relationships and gain referrals
- Stay ahead of trends to offer the best solutions in the industry
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in roofing sales & estimating
- Proficiency in estimating tools and roofing systems
- Strong closer with excellent communication skills
- Local to the Santa Rosa, CA area or able to commute reliably
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
