We are seeking a dynamic recent university graduate to join our team as an Assistant to the CEO, working closely with our executive team. We want a proactive, detail-oriented individual who will help the CEO with data and analytics. This position will report directly to the CEO, requires the candidate to work in the office 5 days a week. It is not a remote position.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and help our CEO manage all the business units of the company To succeed in this position, the Assistant to the CEO must posses strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in the management of the company operations.
- Help the CEO maximize all business development and sales efforts to increase revenue.
- Assist the CEO with the development and implementation of new marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with members of the management team to ensure prompt completion of tasks and projects the CEO deems as top priorities.
- Perform financial analysis on Excel as requested by the CEO and present insights derived from the analysis.
- Collect and prepare information for meetings with the board of directors, company staff and outside parties, including reports and presentations.
- Review and ensure accurate completion and timely submission of any reports and presentations.
- Help proofread presentations, documents, letters, and contracts.
- Set up internal and external meetings for the CEO.
- Promptly and thoroughly execute any other tasks requested by the CEO.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other platforms.
- Ability to prioritize, anticipate and proactively solve problems.
- Positive attitude and desire to succeed when addressing any operational challenges.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality of information.
