In search of a friendly, self motivated, organized, attentive to detail assistant. Well versed in modern computer office software, quickbooks, and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Duties include: attend staff meetings, take meeting minutes, provide back office support, accounts receivable & payable, reconcile accounts. Issue sub contracts & Purchase orders to vendors.
Job Type: Part-time / Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 20-25 Hours Per Week / Possible Full Time Opportunity with Benefits
Experience with the following required:
Bookkeeping
Office Admin
QuickBooks
Contract Administration - Preferred
Office Management - Preferred
Construction Industry: Not required / preferred
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Administrative Duties: Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, communicate with staff on follow up items, track projects, schedules, due dates, assist compiling information for proposals, make phone calls.
Financial Duties: Updating quickbooks, processing payroll and expense reports, billing, purchasing.
Contract Admin Duties: Create subcontracts, purchase orders, process payments, track billings and project budgets.
Back Office Support: Assist field staff with IT issues by communicating with IT department on needs, assist with hotel reservations and any other admin issues.

Expected hours: 40 per week
