Responsibilities

- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills in caring for residents with developmental disabilities and dementia.
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining quality care services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to administer medications safely and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff through effective communication and leadership.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs to tailor services appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management within an assisted living or healthcare setting is essential.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
