Job Summary
We seek an experienced Executive Director to lead our licensed assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in senior care management, regulatory compliance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with Title 22, California Department of Social Services and state regulations.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement plans aligning with organizational goals.
Financial Management : Oversee budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
Leadership : Supervise department heads, fostering professional growth.
Care Quality : Evaluate and improve care delivery.
Community Engagement : Build relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance : Maintain accreditation standards.

Requirements
5 years managing assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
California RCFE Administrator certification.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with budget management, marketing and community engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field (Master's preferred).
Knowledge of Title 22 regulations, HIPAA and elder care best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) or Certified Nursing Home Administrator (CNHA).
Experience with dementia care, hospice and palliative care.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
