Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance organizational growth and sustainability.
- Oversee operations management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and quality across all departments.
- Engage in project management to oversee key initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans that support the organization's mission.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with organizational goals and enhance service offerings.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission and build relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Compassionate Leadership: A minimum of 3-5 years in management with a proven track record of empathetic leadership in healthcare, demonstrating the ability to connect with the elderly and disabled, lead diverse teams, and effectively communicate with staff, residents, and their families.
- Professional Expertise: At least one year of experience serving the senior population and the capability to manage multiple operational disciplines. Certification or licensure as required in state of employment.
- Operational Excellence: Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and staffing, technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and exceptional language skills for clear and effective communication.
- Integrity and Compliance: A clean criminal background check and communicable disease screening clearance, ensuring the highest standards of trustworthiness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Technical and Computer Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, adept at navigating the Internet, and experienced with various software systems including electronic medical records, security, order processing, human resources, and accounting.
- Language Proficiency and Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding the English language, ensuring accurate communication in business settings and effective interaction with residents, visitors and staff.
- Mathematical and Analytical Acumen: Proficient in mathematical operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, capable of computing rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphical data. Skilled in calculating financial figures and applying mathematical concepts to practical situations.
