Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive occupancy and work place satisfaction.
- Lead business development initiatives to grow occupancy.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and professional development.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; combination of experience and education will be considered.
- 3 years of experience in senior living, healthcare management, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
- Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
