Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Family Office Recruiter to join our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family office. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated history of success in family office recruiting, with 3-5 years of specialized experience in this field being essential and an overall recruiting experience of 8-10 years. You will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support the unique needs of our family office.
Contract Duration: 6-9 months with potential for full-time employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the family office, including executive, administrative, and operational positions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and other innovative methods. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the family office's values and goals. Additionally, they should be adept at developing and utilizing recruiting scorecards to assess candidates effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with family office principals to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice. Act as a trusted advisor and partner in the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding. This role will also involves active participation in the onboarding process, supporting the hiring manager in establishing a comprehensive 90-day onboarding plan.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in family office recruiting to ensure competitive advantage. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of family office recruiting experience and 8-10 years of overall recruiting experience. Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-level and specialized roles within a family office or similar environment including providing onboarding support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
