About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Finance Director to become a key member of our dynamic team. This remote position is essential for driving the strategic and operational management of our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Overseeing budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Managing capital raising efforts
- Administering the treasury function, which includes cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation
- Developing and maintaining financial reporting systems to guarantee regulatory compliance
- Assisting senior management with strategic business decision-making
- Driving financial planning, performance analysis, and risk assessments
The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A CFA or similar qualification would be advantageous. We require a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role with a proven track record of success.
