We are seeking a Full-Time Financial and Office Administrator to manage essential financial, human resources, and administrative functions. If you're punctual, reliable, and possess excellent communications skills via phone and email, we would love to hear from you.
Hourly pay: $25 - $35 per (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible)

Responsibilities:
Financial Administration:
- Maintain and analyze financial records
- Manage payroll data entry
- Process payments to vendors and clients
- Payroll filing to IRS and EDD
- Doing bank deposit
Human Resources Management:
- Maintain Staff Records
- Coordinate staff onboarding process
Office Administration:
- Ensure corporate compliance and manage standard operating procedures
- Implement new technologies and manage social media updates
- Conduct workers' compensation and operational audits
What we are looking for:
- Advanced knowledge of finance / accounting or equivalent experience in AP, AP, job costing and reconciliations
- Expertise in web-based Quick Books
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Dropbox, MS Office, Excel, and Mac systems
- Proven ability to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payroll
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Self-Starter who can independently manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to ne technologies
- High-level professionalism with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in similar roles (Accounting / Bookkeeping)
