What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Patient Coordinator position at Confidential?
Who we are: Friendly, passionate and hardworking orthodontic office dedicated to providing a great patient experience each visit.
What we want: A Super-Star....a people person (fun, bubbly, personable) who is great at multi-tasking with a knowledge of computers and the ability to problem solve. Must be a proactive, innovative, dedicated, dependable and organized super star at our front desk who makes patients feel comfortable and at home. Experience is a plus but for the right candidate willing to train. Bilingual is a plus. This superstar will be trained on our office software, policies and procedures.
Hours: Monday- Friday with Fridays being a half day
Saturday: Half day one Saturday of each month
Job duties:
- Greet patients and check patients in and out
- Answering new and existing patients phone calls and questions
- Verify, modify and enter patients information into various systems
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain a proper and efficient flow of patients on the schedule
- Properly allocate payments from patients into accounts.
- Collects payments by accepting check or charge payments from customers
- Create and maintain an inviting and positive atmosphere for patients
- Knows all essential aspects of our business operations.
- Verifies insurance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating insurance portal.
- Monitors lobby and work area determine customer flow
- Facilitates correspondence with customers.
- Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
- Works collaboratively with other staff, managers, and resources.
Salary: negotiable based on experience
