Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9:30 am-5:30 pm

The job description for a massage therapy receptionist:

Greeting Clients: The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients as they arrive for their massage appointments. They must be friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for the clients.

Scheduling Appointments: Receptionists will handle scheduling and booking appointments for clients, ensuring that the massage therapist's schedule is filled efficiently.

Answering Calls and Emails: The receptionist will answer calls and emails from clients, providing information about the services offered and answering any questions they may have.

Collecting Payments: The receptionist will be responsible for collecting payments from clients for massage services, ensuring that the payment is accurate and that the payment system is properly functioning.

Keeping Records: The receptionist will be responsible for keeping accurate records of client appointments, payment information, and any other relevant information regarding the massage therapist's business.

Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Reception Area: The receptionist will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring that it is a welcoming environment for clients.

Marketing and Promotions: The receptionist will help to promote the business by encouraging clients to leave reviews.

Collaborating with the Massage Therapist: The receptionist will work closely with the massage therapist to ensure that the business runs smoothly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and handling any administrative tasks that arise.

Job Type: Part-time
