**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's accounting and financial records. The successful candidate will have experience with accounting software and will be proficient in journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and preparing financial reports. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable - Manage the company's payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees - Conduct financial transactions, including processing payments and deposits - Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions - Provide financial support and guidance to other departments - Stay up-to-date with accounting laws, regulations, and industry best practices **Skills:** - Experience with accounting software, including Xero and Quicken - Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and journal entries - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Excellent 10-key typing skills - Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Experience with payroll processing - High level of attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong understanding of accounting laws, regulations, and industry best practices
