Job Summary
We are seeking a landscaper/ Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of garden maintenance and landscape management. This role involves working with various plants, flowers, and landscapes to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. The Gardener will utilize both hand tools and power tools to perform essential gardening tasks while ensuring the health and aesthetics of the grounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine garden maintenance, including planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for efficient landscape maintenance.
- Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
- Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and weed control.
- Assist in landscape design and implementation for new projects.
- Maintain cleanliness of garden areas by removing debris and trash.
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all gardening tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but willing to train.
- Use of mower/ garden tools required, willing to teach.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- An interest for growing plants and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.
