As a key player, you will shape our brand's visual identity, produce engaging content, and elevate our marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Visual Design: Create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and more.
Branding: Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and contribute to evolving our visual identity as we transition to the new location.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and infuse fresh ideas into your designs.
Project Management: Juggle multiple design projects, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Objectives:

Work on a variety of projects, using design software to create innovative graphic designs that align with business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to meet project deadlines, balancing several simultaneous projects.
Continuously improve design capabilities by examining and refining existing processes.
Maintain and update internal databases for designs and assets.

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Conceptualize and create visuals based on brand guidelines and project needs.
Present rough drafts and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Use appropriate colors and layouts, maintaining the company’s visual identity.
Ensure timely completion of projects to support our stores’ needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
5 years of experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
Experience in photography and proficiency with photo-editing software.
A desire for continuous learning and skill development
