What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Landscape Maintenance position at Confidential?
Private Estate in Northeast Harbor, Me is seeking to fill a full-time 10 to 11 month grounds crew position. Prior experience a plus but willing to train the right person. Applicants must have the ability to work with a team as well as independently, be able to work in all types of weather, lift 50 lbs, have great attention to detail and above all have a positive attitude. Job duties include but are not limited to maintaining established landscape which consists of native sods, a woodland with a water feature and extensive borders of various ornamental trees and shrubs as well as participate in new landscape/tree installation. Other aspects of the position will include maintenance of building perimeters and support to the garden crew when needed.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
