Join our Leadership Team as the General Manager of our property in Eastern Long Island, where you will oversee all aspects of the operation of our Hotel.

Qualifications:
Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
Guest Experience
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of Brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest interactions.
Financial Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
- Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including Front office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous hotel management experience required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
