A Naples, Fl based family office is hiring an administrative assistant. The role will require the following:
- a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar function
- well-organized
- reliable with a high attention to detail
- solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook Calendar)
The duties of the role will include:
- Outlook Calendar Management
- Payroll time keeping and reporting,
- Researching booking and confirming travel arrangements
- Inventory control and purchasing including wine inventory and management.
- Day-to-day errands as necessary
- Event planning from time to time.
This is a salaried position eligible to participate in benefits program and an annual performance review.
General Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Occasional weekend assistance as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
