About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on all aspects of human resources management. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will collaborate closely with business unit leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business needs, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations issues, and other HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Lead the talent acquisition process for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and communication campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR programs and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
