A long established Dayton area growing Industrial business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to be involved in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, staffing, employee engagement, retention, safety and worker's compensation programs, unemployment, EEO Policies, employee relations, and other HR related activities.
Qualified candidates must have:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a minimum of 5 years experience in an H.R. Generalist position in a factory or manufacturing environment;
Working knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, unemployment, worker's compensation, safety, and employee engagement concepts.
SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred but not required.
