Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure performance standards are met.
- Support organizational design initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Utilize HR software systems (such as ATS, Taleo, Workday) for efficient management of HR functions.
- Assist in strategic planning efforts related to workforce development and employee retention.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting and employee evaluation within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as ATS, Taleo, or Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
