- Oversee affirmative action planning and ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce or UltiPro, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support workers' compensation claims processing and liaise with insurance providers as needed.
- Facilitate employee training programs and professional development initiatives to promote skill enhancement.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing reports, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation.
