HR Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, recruit, and vet new staff.
- Organize training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing employees.
- Assist managers with staffing needs.
- Address employee performance, training, and career development concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure accurate processing of paperwork.
- Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
HR Supervisor Requirements:
- Associates in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant HR experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Familiarity with Spanish through language apps is not sufficient.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
