HR Technology Lead (Remote – Greater Cincinnati area) 🚨
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on HR Technology Lead, This role will oversee day-to-day HR systems operations and lead a team supporting key platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud, bSwift, and other tools.
As the subject matter expert, you’ll provide leadership in system configuration, data reporting, process improvement, and vendor management. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, IS, and external partners to drive system performance, data integrity, and project execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR technology team and manage vendor relationships
- Serve as systems administrator for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Oversee reporting, data strategy, and compliance (including ACA)
- Support system enhancements, testing, and implementations
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve processes and tools
- Act as technical advisor and coach to analysts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OTBI, and SQL
- Expertise in HR systems strategy, implementation, and reporting
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SaaS models and HRIS best practices
This is a remote position for candidates within 3 hours driving distance of Cincinnati.
