Position Summary
As the on-site HR Manager, you will be the face of Human Resources, leading efforts related to payroll, employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to site leadership and a dependable advocate for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR Business Partner to the leadership team
- Accurately compile and process weekly payroll
- Maintain employee records and data within the HRIS system
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts
- Facilitate new hire process
- Manage temporary workforce
- Oversee workers' compensation process
- Partner with local leaders to proactively manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external employment
- Supervision of one direct report
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience
- 5 years payroll processing experience
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general HR systems
- Must demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Additional Information
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (day shift), with occasional overtime
- Minimal travel
- Office and industrial environment; role requires occasional movement across facility grounds

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
