Position Overview: As a Human Resources Manager specializing in Benefits, Claims, and Payroll at Health Prime, you will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of employee well-being, ensuring that our employees have access to valuable benefits, managing efficient claims processing, and maintaining accurate payroll systems. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that prioritize employee well-being.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on benefits options, claims procedures, and accurate payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Manage relationships with service providers to optimize benefits offerings, claims efficiency, and payroll accuracy.
Lead efforts to enhance employee well-being programs and initiatives.
Analyze benefits data and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve plan effectiveness, claims efficiency, and payroll processes.
Mentor and guide HR staff members on benefits-related, claims processing, and payroll matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 years of HR management experience with expertise in benefits administration, claims processing, and payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits plans, regulations, compliance requirements, and payroll processing.
- Experience in payroll processing, including proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
