Human Resources Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Onboard new hires and guide them through their first day.
- Champion employee well-being by assisting with benefits, PTO, and payroll inquiries.
- Fostering a positive company culture through engaging orientations and leading initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and accurate, maintaining employee data meticulously.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3 years of HR experience with a strong foundation in HR fundamentals.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Proven success working with a large workforce.
- A deep understanding of HR laws and regulations (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Worker's Comp, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, time and attendance software, and MS Office Suite.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
