The Position
The Inside Sales Account Representative is a fulltime position, that involves selling quality steel building products and value-added services to established clientele. You will be building relationships with company accounts, while communicating details with production management. You will be coordinating efforts with sales team management and field sales personnel. The Inside Sales Account Representative will be working in an office environment, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

Qualifications
Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
Advanced Communication Skills – both verbal & written
Telephone Etiquette
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows
Competence using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Exposure to & ability to use various office machines (copier, fax, etc.)
Strong Math Skills – with emphasis on understanding & converting fractions
Reliability
Willingness to Learn
