Responsibilities:
· Independently manage a portfolio of client companies, developing and executing a program of investor relations activity
· Preparing and distributing investor materials, such as press releases, earnings reports, and shareholder presentations
· Responding to investor inquiries and providing support to senior management during investor meetings
· Monitoring and reporting on investor sentiment
· Reporting to the global head of investor relations
Key Qualifications:
· Experience Associate/Manager level (3-7 years )in Investor Relations agency/or in house. Equity Research, Equity Sales and or Investment Banking.
· Candidates must have prior investor relations/advisory experience servicing corporate & financial clients
· Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize, as you will work on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
