We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports the Director of IT and initiatives to help drive the company's success.
Responsibilities include, and are not limited to :
Administration of Microsoft 365, including Entra administration, Power Platform administration, Exchange Online administration, SharePoint / Teams administration.
Administration of On-Prem AD, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers, LAN / WAN.
Helpdesk Level 1 and 2 employee support. Maintenance of the corporate ticketing system.
Setup and troubleshooting of desktop computers and laptops, including all peripheral devices.
IT Asset Management.
Drafting of IT documentation for all processes and procedures, for technical as well as non-technical employees to execute.
Mobile Device configuration and administration via MDM tools.
System backup monitoring and administration.
Ability to work on IT Projects, such as new hardware / software installations, updates to existing software applications, decommissioning of old hardware / software and e-waste recycling.
Administration of VoIP environment including documentation of procedures and processes, as well as employee training.
Demonstration of clear and concise verbal and written communication with organizational leadership, employees, and technical consulting teams.
Establish solid trusted relationships with colleagues.
Respond to business-critical emergencies, both during and after business hours.
All other duties, as assigned.
Technical Experience & Skills Required :
Minimum of 3 years of Help Desk / Systems experience.
BA or BS degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent certifications
Experience in the administration of on-prem Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Fundamental experience in networking, including knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, network routing protocols, subnetting, vlans, etc.
Experience working with firewalls, routers, and network switches.
Experience working with cloud hosted / virtual servers.
Experience maintaining Help Desk Ticketing Systems and tracking of IT Inventory Assets.
The ability to efficiently multi-task, follow written and verbal direction, and adapt and stay calm under pressure to any changes or client emergencies.
Must be detail-oriented with ability to handle break / fix IT issues as well as projects.
Skills desired :
Microsoft Entra experience is preferred; Microsoft InTune experience is preferred.
Related Microsoft certifications are preferred.
