Landscape Residential Account Manager
Our growing Akron, Ohio full-service landscaping and snowplowing company is looking to hire a Residential Account Manager. The Residential Account Manager must have Residential Landscape Sales experience and will be responsible for maintaining customer relations with all of your customers. In this position, you must have clear communication concerning contract specifications and production management and work in conjunction with crews and production to perform services in a fiscally responsible manner. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and creating a visibly strong and positive presence for the company.
As the Landscape Residential Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in a steady flow of profitable new business to the company and growing our residential footprint. You will be responsible executing sales, growing our brand in the residential sector and helping create marketing plans for residential customers. We will require you to inspect and keep a watchful eye on contacted services and the customer’s perceptions and attitudes towards the services/work we provided. You will need to recognize and communicates production and accounts for any specific customer preferences or requests for service and immediately works to provide solutions to any customer complaints.
Responsibilities
· Explore and work to create new ways to build our brand in the affluent neighborhoods to help grow the business.
· Track and maintain all adequate residential calls/leads both warm and cold to cover the market.
· Set sales Goals for selling residential landscape management contracts that include mowing, horticultural services, enhancements for both soft and hardscape for individual residences.
· Creates, review, and present proposals completely and professionally, according to company standards, including adequate follow-up on hard bids and offers cost-optimized solutions to customers.
· Verifies that all estimates are prepared and approved as required before presenting to the customer.
· Maintains that all residential sales and job costs are meeting the expected profit margin.
· Will respond to all inquiries and requests for bids promptly and professionally.
· Keep and maintain records and tracking of all bids that are in progress.
· Adds to and maintains the company-owned database of current customers, potential customers, and past customers to support the marketing and sales effort.
· Actively inspect properties to locate any problems/issues before the customer does in all the landscaping work/projects.
· Provides accurate and professional feedback on customers’ perceptions of the product and service being provided, to maximize our customer retention.
· Maintains an active stance of the crews and works closely with production about the scheduling, quality, and customer service. Establish that all contracted services provided are of good quality and completed as promised. Communicate to crews, accounting, and customers regarding any problem areas and work to find an immediate resolution.
· Must be knowledgeable of the company's financial reports and work to maintain the company's financial well-being.
· Work with the team to keep a high level of good housekeeping of company assets in the field, vehicles, field offices, and customer worksites.
· Work with staff to support and assist in the training of employees to guarantee the services are delivered in a manner that is consistent with the signed contract specifications and our company expectations

Minimum Experience Requirements
· 4 to 8 Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in an account management and sales.
· 4 years Experience in Bidding residential properties and working knowledge in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry
Salary Range $60,000-$70,000
